Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch. During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK delivery

UK orders are typically delivered within 3–6 working days after dispatch.
We offer free UK shipping on all orders.

International delivery

International orders are usually delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on destination and local postal services.

We offer a flat rate international shipping fee of £4.50, allowing you to order multiple items in one basket without additional shipping costs at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Customs & import fees
