Every EllaJo Studio print is made especially for you, which is why we are unable to offer exchanges or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days at info@ellajostudio.com. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue, and we’ll organise a replacement as quickly as possible.

All prints come with a subtle white border and are designed for easy framing.
