Products

All products are designed and produced by EllaJo Studio. Due to the nature of made to order and small batch production, slight variations may occur.

Orders & payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Manchester, UK within the timeframes outlined on our Shipping & Delivery page.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns & refunds

As each order is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@ellajostudio.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
